Dr.K.M. George is the Principal Managing Partner of GMC JUSTITIA. He is a lawyer, academician, researcher and mentor, and was admitted to the Bar in India in 1984. He pursued his undergraduate studies in law (LL.B.) from the Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, and Master of Arts (M.A.) from the Department of Economics, University of Kerala. He also holds postgraduate degree in law from the National Law University, Jodhpur, and Ph.D. from the Calicut University. His doctoral thesis titled “Economics of Economic Offences: A Study of Customs Offences in Kerala” was a seminal work in Law and Economics.
Mathews P. George is the Managing Partner of GMC JUSTITIA. He is a lawyer admitted to the Bar in India and was a Foreign Registered Attorney in Germany. He graduated from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, one of India's premier law schools. Thereafter, he pursued Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Competition Law (LL.M. I.P. and Competition Law) from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, Germany. In the past, Adv.Mathews worked with Khaitan & Co, Bengaluru, Chambers of Adv. P.K. Muhammed, Kerala, and Chambers of Elisabeth Opie in Munich, Germany.
Adv.Chithra P. George is the Managing Partner of GMC JUSTITIA. She is admitted to the Bar in India and focuses on international and domestic arbitration and litigation. She graduated on the Dean’s List from the ILS Law College, Pune. Thereafter, she pursued her first Master’s in Law in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with full scholarship and stipend. She pursued her second Master’s in Law in International Dispute Settlement at the MIDS, Geneva, a joint programme of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva, from where she graduated with First Class Honours. As the Standing Counsel of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala and as an empanelled lawyer of a Public Sector Bank, Adv.Chithra also practises food safety law, banking law, constitutional law, commercial law and service law.
Dr. Jose K. Joseph is a lawyer, academician, researcher, mentor, and vlogger. He was admitted to the Bar in India in the year 2011. He took his LL.B. from the Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, and M.A. from S.B. College, Changanassery, Kerala University. Dr.Jose also holds Ph.D. from the prestigious Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala. He specialises in Legal and Developmental issues.
Adv. G. Kalachudan is a Senior Associate at GMC JUSTITIA. After having completed his M.A. from the University of Kerala, he pursued his LL.B. from the Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram; and LL.M from Annamalai University. He joined the legal profession in the year 2010 subsequent to his retirement as the Additional Secretary in the Finance Department, Government of Kerala. Adv. G. Kalachudan specialises in consumer protection law and service law.
